33 cL bottle, gusher. Pours hazy dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma is sweet malty and yeasty fruity, yet also with a light citric accent. Flavour is sweet with a nice mix of caramel and yeast giving a nice fruity lingering flavour into the finish. Yet a mild citric note is also present indicating a light infection :( but still nice.

Ungstrup (29287) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 10, 2006
An orange beer with a slight hazy under a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, but the flavor also incorporates a light spicyness - I pick up peber. The end is dry, and the body surprisingly thin.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Light palate, thin feeling. Sweet brown beer. Noteably sweet finish and lingering sugary aftertaste. Subtle chocolate.

Dark brown color. Very nice aroma, malty and fruity, hops. Balanced mouthfeel, with some malt, caramel, candi sugar, hops and light fruitness. Interesting and pleasant.

UPDATED: JUL 7, 2006 Draught. Hint of fruit and spices in aroma. Unclear brown colour, small head. Malty, spicy flavour with a little sourness/astringency. Not too interesting.

TBone (12547) - Pori, FINLAND - MAR 27, 2006
Bottled (BB MJ/2007)
Hazy nut brown color, small off-white head, some lace. Paperbag, chocolate, pepper and spelt in the aroma. Carbonated mouthfeel. Licorice, malty, a bit peppery and sweet, dries out in the finish. Slightly salty aftertaste with lingering peppery notes. Reasonably complex and interesting, but not earth-shaking.
