Gusher. Deep red, big frothy, off-white, frothy head. Lovely fruity and malty aroma, plums, coriander, light cinnamon, raspberries, cranberry dryness. Caramel, lightly toasted. Highish carbonation, dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is elegant, malty, light sweet. Dry coriander, cranberry notes. Estery and elegant. Quite elegant.

Bottle at Kerstbier Festival, Essen, Belgique, 18.12.10 Big punchy beer, warming and spicy. Good clarity a little chestnut coloured in appearance. Soft carbonation, some creamy coffee, fruity with a dab of yeast for good measure. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

11 Blind tasting at Papsoe 27-03-2010: Bottle. Huge creamy thick beige head that really lasted. Excellent display of lacework. Dark amber color with particles in flow. Aroma of milky notes, yeast with heavy underlying fruity notes as well. Over the palate came flower, citrus as well. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of acidic as well. Lingering fruity sweet finish with a sour twist. 7 / 5 / 7 / 4 / 15 = 3.8

Bottle #11 at Papsø’s blindtasting. Clear orange red coloured with a medium sized off white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and spices with notes of yeast. Sweet flavour of fruits, spices and caramel with notes of yeast and hops. Spicy finish.
