Bootle: Poured a murky yellow with white head. Aroma is citrus and spice. The taste is tingly with spices, some foral bite. The finish keeps the tongue numb.

Light hazy blond coloured beer. Very light carbonation with a small white head. Herby sweeter aroma with some light yeasty touches and a strange citron like hint. Medium to full palate. Finish is light bitter with some herby yeasty touches. Nice but rather strange balanced beer.

Huge, very fine & dense just off-white head, fed by very lively carbonated shiny golden beer. Fine citrussy & flowery, as well as slightly spicy nose. Some chalk, milk-ripe grain. As flour ground from some delicate exotic grain. Quite dry, woody taste with a hint of bitterness (that is both spicy & hoppy), and still some retronasal citrus. Very neutral main taste, however. Dry, dry, but I need some flavour. Medium bodied, alcohol mainly hidden. I would have thought more than just the aroma would have been livened up by the elderflower. Drinks quite well away, on the other hand.
