Aug 10, 2007 Keg on tap at Grain D’Orge, Hombourg, Belgium. Clouded gold with white head. Light, easy going wheat with only hints of lemon or spice. Some fruity banana in the flavour and a little herbal inferences. Crisp and light Witbier.

Dec 27, 2006 (Bottled) Very hazy yellow color with a small, lasting and lacy head, and big yeast particles on the bottom. Sourish-lemony, coriander-ginger-spicy aroma. Crisply sour, dryish grapefruit-lemony flavor with some ginger and coriander thrown in. Medium-bodied, quite refreshing palate with pretty soft carbonation. A nice, crisp and refreshing witbier.

Dec 11, 2006 Blonde, cloudy with tiny chunks of yeast. Soft grapefruit aroma. Light yeasty, milky flavor with grape juice and grapefruit. Slightly herbal, but the emphasis is on fruit. Not bad.
