Cask - The Playhouse, Norwich. Lasting white head, clear amber body. Some mid fruit aromas and citrus hops. Dry, tangy fruity body backed by some grassy hop & toasty malt bitterness. Light to medium body, lingering dry, tangy finish and softish carbonation.

Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Copper with a firm cream head. Aromas are raisins and toffee with chocolate and cookie dough. Autumn fruit with leafy hops. Flavours are sweet caramel and toffee with a nutty roast character. Herbal notes with prickly leaves and some grapefruit bitterness. Dry and spicy on the finish. Good.

Cask@The Plough, Norwich. Reddish amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some toffee, earth and caramel along with some mild berries. Flavour is fruity, syrupy, wooden, resiny and quite nicely balanced. Smooth.
