Cask (gravity) - The Fat Cat, Norwich. Noted at 5%. Poured with a fine & disappearing beige head & a clear, chestnut brown body. Delicate spicy malts & roast on the nose. Initially too cold but warmed alright. OK spice, straight malts & slightly herbals on the tongue. Light to medium body, mostly soft palate, light in terms of bitterness with some tang at the end.

Mid brown. Simple aroma, slightly plant-mattery aroma. Sweetish taste, very mildly vegetal hops. Hop finish stays. Not bad.
