Cask; Regular. Also available bottle conditioned.
A full strength mahogany coloured beer, which has a moreishness typical of a beer possessing the fine balance of pronounced hop bitterness & aroma against a natural malty sweetness, creating a deceivingly drinkable beer.

I took a trip out to the Grainstore Brewery Tap and wasn’t disappointed in the Ten Fifty which was bright as a button and had a fabulously creamy head that laced down the glass. This has to be my all time favourite beer and reminded me, as I was later told of the original Ruddles County before Greene King destroyed it.

Cask at the Wetherspoons in Barnstaple. She smelt of toffees and nuts. Tastes of caramel, nuts, with a touch of floral and earthy hop flavour. Medium body with low carbonation and a dry finish. A well balance brew, that drinks quite nicely.

Cask@the imperial, walsall. Dark amber beer with medium head and excellent lacing. Aroma of malts and caramel. Taste is malts, caramel and a dry bitterness. The taste is a little too astringent for my liking.ok beer.

Cask @ Bankers Draft, Bedford. Golden brown, clear with not much head but decent lacing. Aroma of honey and wood. Mostly dry in the taste, a bit of bitter herb. Medium dry finish. I like it more over the course of the pint, which is a good sign. Am I warming to Grainstore? Watch this space.

Bronze-amber and bright. Complex malts - rich caramelized sugars, toastiness, and a moreish German country bread quality.
