(bottle) Cloudy, dark brown colour with a collapsing tanned frothy head. Berry-fruity, slightly vinous and wheat-malty aroma with present notes of toasted malt and caramel. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Roasty malty and slightly wheaty taste with mildly fruity and phenolic spicy accents; bitter-sweet roasty and slightly fruity finish. 30.III.11

Bottle at Papsø. Cloudy orange coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Fruity aroma of caramel, bananas and oat. Fruity flavour of caramel and liquoriice with notes of bananas and alcohol. Sweet finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange to brown with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty and slight fruity. Sweet, toasted malty and slight fruity estery. Sweet, roasted malty and fruity estery into a medium dry finish.

Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of wheat, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, caramel, and fruit, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Timo A. Pours an orangey amber with a slight haze and a small off-white head. Overripe dark fruits in the nose, a little caramel and yeast. Medium body, overripe sweet dark fruits, a little yeast and chalk. A little phenollic touch. 100511

0.5 l bottle. Hazy dark reddish brown color. The aromas of tart fruits, ripe banana, yeast, pepper, clove, raisins and nuts. Nutty, peppery, clovey, yeasty, raisiny and tart flavor. There is dull yeastiness in the aroma and flavor.

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Brown color, cloudy. White pepper and yeast in the aroma. Banana, lemon, melon and yeast in the slightly dusty flavor. Decent.

Bottle (courtesy of Stefan!): Deep amber coloured, cloudy, quickly collapsing off-white fluffy head; sweet berries with a vinous touch, toasted malt with sprinkles of chocolate underneath; moderate more sweeter than sourish flavour, soft, a bit thin; smooth sweet sourish finish with illusions of chocolate. Quite nice stuff.....

Hazy medium to dark grey amber color with a average, frothy - fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, light glue, phenoel, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, caramel - chocolate notes, light rubber - smoke notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation look flat, but in the mouth it is lively. [20110308]

bottle from biershop-braugasthoefe.de. Cloudy brown colour, large beige head. Aroma of wheaty, yeast and caramel. Medium-bodied, malty base, wheaty and yeasty with hints of fruit (banana) and chocolate. Very good.
