Our beer is an unfiltered Graminger, natural specialty with a fine hoppy bitterness with an alcohol content of 4.9% by volume. A special feature is the bottle-fermented, which gives our beer a typical yeasty character.

It’s golden, very slightly hazy, and the head is white and creamy. The aroma is floral with notes of straw and malt. The flavor has a light sweetness and floral notes but also a citrus, malt, and straw, and the finish is dry and slightly bitter. A really nice pils.

Tap at the Brauhaus in Altotting - 14/07/12. Clear golden yellow with a white head. Aroma is of pale malt, a little yeast and citrus. Tastes earthy, sweetish malt, yeast, a little lemon zest. Medium body with a good carbonation level. Refreshing in the beer garden on a sunny summers evening!
