Bottle 500ml. @ home.

Hazy - murky amber orange color with a average, frothy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, glue, yeast, phenol. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light fruity acidic with a average duration, rubber - leather notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation looks flat but in the mouth it is lively. [20110308]5

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wheat and dusty hops as well as a lighter note of fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dusty hops, and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Timo A. Pours a hazy deep golden with a dense off-white head. Yeasty, fruity nose. Medium body, heavy carbonation, yeast and phenols, quite chalky. Do I sense a slight touch of smoke too? 100511

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity estery. Flavour is sweet estery fruity, slight wheaty and light yeasty. Mild bitter and fruity into a medium sweet finish.

Bottle at Papsø. Cloudy golden coloureed with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of spices with notes of bananas. Fruity flavour of caramel and spices with notes of bananas. Spicy finish.

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Orange amber color. Melon in the aroma. Sharpish, just a bit dusty flavor with melon. Not unpleasant, but with some off-flavors.

(bottle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Cloudy, amber colour with a diminishing tanned frothy head. Sweet cara-malty and wheaty aroma with notes of ripe apricots and banana, as well as a spicy phenolic touch. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty and cara-malty taste with a moderate wheat-character and lighter fruity notes; sweet-bitter, slightly caramelly and toasty finish. A decent but rather unspectacular Urweisse. 14.II.11

Bottle (kindly delivered by Quack-Duck!): Cloudy, amber coloured, quickly diminishing fluffy off-white head; moderate caramelly and fruity-wheaty nose; moderate sweet-sour flavour, medium bodied, quite soft; slightly increasing tartness in the otherwise sweet wheaty caramelly finish. Good......

bottle from biershop-braugasthoefe.de. Hazy pale brownish yellow, mid-sized white head. Wheaty, yeasty, shy fruity hints (banana, bubblegum). There is a nice malty sweetness with a touch of caramel towards the finish. Solid Weizen.

0.5 l bottle. Hazy orange color. Sweetish, tart and yeasty aroma with cabbage and hint of banana. Sweetish flavor with yeast, bread dough, toffee and smoke. Dull yeasty taste.
