Pours hazy golden color with minimal head. Aroma of sour banana, mild fruity notes and distant syrup. Distant listerine also. Flavor of banana, apricot, sugary malts and distant syrup. Strong CO2, sticky and sugary sweet palate with a bitter finish. Somewhat of a disappointment.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wheat and dusty hops as well as a lighter note of fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dusty hops, and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

An exceptionally big-bubbled and quickly disappearing head for a weissbier. Aroma has some very floury outdated banana. Same elements in the flavour. Palate is rather thin. Not a very good weisse.

Fruity aroma of spices with notes of bananas.
Fruity flavour of caramel and spices with notes of bananas.

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Orange amber color. Melon in the aroma. Sharpish, just a bit dusty flavor with melon. Not unpleasant, but with some off-flavors.

Hazy - murky amber orange color with a average, frothy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, glue, yeast, phenol. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light fruity acidic with a average duration, rubber - leather notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation looks flat but in the mouth it is lively. [20110308]5
