Bottled. Very pale, white wine color. Sweetish, green grape, a touch tannic in aroma. Rather boring. Quite sweet, cheesy, straight-forward. French fries. Not great.

Bottle at Joe’s Cider Tasting: Very pale seltzer like pour. Sweet and sugar bombarded aroma- a touch of butter and mild solvent notes as well (band aid like phenols). Thin bodied with a very sweet and short flavor. No nuance nor complexities. Some band aid on the finish (off phenolics). Does well as a soft drink though.

Light crisp green apple aroma. Very pale gold color. Near medium body with good carbonation. It’s apple, maybe a mix of gold and green. It’s a little sweet, but it seems to finish a little tart like green apple skin. Drinkable.

Woo-hoo... first rater! Clear pale straw coloured with a white lace. The aroma is pretty simple and straightforward with sweet apple dominating. A hint of dustiness, but otherwise not much. Lightly spritzy with a lingering sugary sweetness. A bit too sweet for me, but it’s not bad.
