Dark amber color beer with a big, frothy and lasting light brown head. Aroma is spicy, roasted malt and caramel. Flavor is interestingly sweet with acid notes, pretty balanced. Body is medium to watery and carbonation is low. The end is short and fizzy.

Tasted 10/4/15. BB 150515. Poured a clouded honey amber colour with a few millimeters of off-white foam that retained well and laced OK. Carbonation moderate and fine. A few yeast floaters present. Aroma subtly of sweet malt. Taste sweet with subtle fruits and hints of roasted grain. Light to medium body. Smooth and soft and quite sweet on the finish. Quite nice.
