COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Pale Ale has a deep amber color and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Large quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor.

Bottle - Orange, citrus, grass and some caramel. Clear copper with a thin head. Exactly as it smells with a bit of grain and spice. A very different pale ale with the grains and spice.

It's not a bad beer by any means. But there's nothing distinctive here either. Solid. Drinkable. Unremarkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from AJ’s fine foods Scottsdale. Pours light orange with a thin white head. Leaves some lacing. Not much on the nose. A very slight biscuit note on the tongue. Finishes clean for a beer that never really started.

Clear copper with a big, but quickly drop-to-the-rim head, ribbons of lace. Taste is sweet caramel malt with butter rum that grows substantially through the palate. Only a hint of bittering at the finish leaving the sweet to slowly fade. Reasonable, but a little thick and heavy for frequent imbibing.

Blt pours clear light amber color. Big thick head tight bubbles not going away. Decent lacing. Has light floral smell. A little hay/grassiness. Has a very sweet malty taste with minimal hop bitterness. Light body almost watery ,carbonation is soft and smooth. This beer is easy drinking, but it needs more balance. Malt foreword for sure, could use more hop bitterness. Might be a gateway beer for people getting into crafts.

Bottle from the Grand Canyon gift shop. Poured a clear dark amber with a broken white head. The aroma is of malts leading to a medium bitter flavour with some malt, resin and metallic nuttiness on the slightly watery palate. It’s a decent refreshing beer.

12oz bottle, thanks to my parents for bringing this back for me from a road trip. Best by 9/27/13. Clear amber color, some bubbles on the side of the glass. Thin, kind of bubbly white head, leaves a little lace. Medium body, with a kind of fuller texture. Moderate strength lightly crisp carbonation. Light stickiness in the finish. Caramel malt is prominent, some toasty and lightly spicy flavors. More sweet over all. OK pale. a little too heavy and malt forward
