COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Pale Ale has a deep amber color and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Large quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor.

Pretty bad aroma. Way too much malt and a large bit of funk as well. Flavor is a decent hop, but certainly not great. A bit of malt that’s strained in the finish as well. Not a good beer.

May 2010: 12 Fl Oz bottle poured into a plastic cup on the return journey from the Grand Canyon to Williams on the old train system, just before we got robbed! The beer was a clear amber, the head off-white, the head did well, it stayed the distance and tried to leave some lacing on my cup. The aroma was more malt than hops, some caramel sweetness could be found as the beer warmed. The flavours from the smell carry on into the beer taste, pleasant but not exciting enough for a high score. There were hints of a dry bitterness as the mouth got used to the beer. The body seemed a little thin, but a beer I’ll always remember for where I had it more than the flavours it gave me.

Bottle via a trade. Pours with a hazed light orange hue with a very quick to fade head. Very poor retention. Aromas are sweet, ice tea, crystal, biscuit, cascade/orange/grapefruit character. Clean yeast wise, biscuity, orange Flinstone Chewable Vitamins. Flavors are sweet, ice tea, orange vitamins, faded hops, butterscotch and low bitterness. Medium bubbles, sweet, fades and a bit blah.

Bottle-poured into a pint glass..The smell of hops and spicy lemon...Pours a light orange with small amount of head..This was not as balanced as i assumed it would be, Actually kind of bland to me..But it had nice spice to it and was a fun beer to drink.

12oz bottle pours clear gold with thin white head. The aroma is tart with bitter citrus notes, a bit of earthiness and some sweet malts. The taste begins by offering up snippets of malt sweetness and then rolls into modest levels of hop bitterness. The hops are no where near the levels noted in the nose though.

Bottle courtesy of beerboxer. Pours light amber with a decent beige head and a floral aroma. There is a robust pale malt flavor with some carbonation and a tastefully bitter peppery finish. Not bad.

Pour was amber, clear, visible carbonation, ok head, weak lacing. The aroma was earthy, ctirus, dusty. The flavor was earthy, citrusey oranges, pine, spicey hops. Mouthfeel was moderate to light for the style. An ok brew, forgetable, though.
