Tap at Mellow Mushroom in Tempe. Nice dark pour, light tan head. Aroma of pumpkin pie, light espresso and roasted malts. Flavor is smooth, good pumpkin notes, not overly spiced and a nice oily texture.

22oz orange waxed bomber pours up with a mahogany looking body and supporting a short lived fairly loose tan head of foam. The mild aroma offers up some canned pumpkin meat and faint winter spices. The taste has a pleasing degree of pumpkin notes mixing with cinnamon and nutmeg. There’s a mild sense of roasted malts in the background too helping take this into the finish.

My friend Robert brought this one back for me from a trip to Arizona. +++ Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy tan head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was dryish with a strong cinnamon and nutmeg presence and a peppery undertone. The flavor was toasty with dry cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, cola and more nutmeg. Very long dry spicy finish. Medium body. The spices really overwhelm everything else. Ok.

Red-orange pour with a tan head. The aroma has a lot of ginger, nutmeg and pumpkin notes. The flavor is full of pumpkin, ginger and light chocolate. Very spicy overall. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

22 oz. bottle from a trade with BOLTZ7555. Dark brown nearly black in color with small white head that vanished quickly. Not much retention. Nose has lots of cinnamon and nutmeg, light roasted malt. Taste is mostly spice with pumpkin being rather subdued. Malt has good sweetness. Body is medium with carbonation giving the brew a touch of a creamy texture. Lingering spice and sweet malt aftertaste. Overall pretty nice.

22oz bottle care of IBrew2or3. Cheers, Dave! Pours a medium brown with an off-white head. Nose is pumpkin, cinnamon, and allspice with hints of roasted malts, and chocolate underneath. Flavor follows with a nice array of roast, chocolate, pumpkin, and pie spices, but nothing cloying or underewhelming about it. Nice idea and execution in this medium-bodied porter.
