Amber Ale is a medium bodied pale ale with a beautiful copper color, a robust head, and the rich flavor of caramel malt.

Pint on tap. Clear brown beer, it laces well, nice stable head. Smell good, bready, not bitter, a little yeasty. Affable malty character, no real strong hop bitterness, but the light hops used are good. Recommended.

Brown flat look. Big sweet taste with bubble gum cloying coming through. Not sure what it has to do with the grand canyon but pretty good all round.

Amber color with a good sized frothy off white head. Aroma tips sweet as does the flavor. Lighter medium body. Finish is fairly dry. Mild bitterness. Earthy. Toasty. Decent. Just nothin special.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle, thanks to my father for this beer. This is a solid amber ale, chewy malts, caramel, light toasted malt notes, slight floral/fruity hop character. Clean and easy drinking amber.

355ml bottle into a shaker glass; served cold. Aroma: Toffee, honey, and even a little light chocolate. A little hop citrus comes through too. Appearance: A clear, deep red, rusty body. The off-white head starts off thick and foamy, but dissipates down to a very thin cap. Nice lacing. Taste: Malty, a little sweet maybe. Caramel. The taste is pretty mild. A little bit of hop bitterness. Palate: Very, very light bodied, especially for an amber ale. Super short finish on malt. Overall: Mixed feelings. It’s an easy, approachable amber, with some interesting atypical flavors, but it’s just so light bodied. Maybe some people are into that, but it just didn’t feel right for me. Nice stuff, but it could be more bold.
