COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our American Style Wheat Beer is left unfiltered for fuller flavor. This golden wheat beer is served with a lemon or orange slice to enhance the already noticeable citrus present in the beer. A light body and smooth aroma make this a delightful sipping beer.

A little wheaty in the aroma. Looks okay. The flavor is actually pretty decent. Definitely has some light fruity characters and a nice finish. Good.

Lots of flavor in this unfiltered wheat beer. Crisp, refreshing, slight citrus taste. I prefer this beer with a slice of orange. Cloudiness when swirled.

Clear straw yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma of buttered cheezy popcorn, and fresh baked bread. Not bad aromas in of themselves, but weird in a beer. Taste was plain, but pleasing. Wheat bread dough and some buttery english muffin. There was a lot wrong with this beer, but it all somehow came out pretty tasty and enjoyable.

Gold pour. Wheat, crisp lemony notes, pale malt. Flavor is lightly yeasty, malty, very light spice. Good in summer but not that great overall.

Pour out of bottle, aroma has notes of lemon, fruit, and biscuit. Really not very complex aroma or taste, but for an easy summer drinker its decent. Taste has subdued notes of fruit with lemon, orange, slight pear, touch of biscuit and earth notes from the yeast, finishing dry but sweet.

Pours a massively hazy golden wheat with a white caked top. Wheat and yeast dominate the nice aroma. Bready cereal as well. Medium-thin mouthfeel is surprising but some chewyness on the end. Wheat dominates, but not very crisp. Clear hops provide a little bitterness on the end. Lemon is sensed at the end palate.

Tasted from a 12 oz bottle purchased in Fort Collins, Colorado. Slightly hazy light yellow/orange appearance with a quickly disappearing white head. Pale and wheat malts in the aroma with an obvious lack of yeast and just a bit skunky. Slighly skunky wheat-based body, again lack of yeast which isn’t surprising since it’s an American style wheat beer. Malts are a little grainy and somewhat skunky. Not much on the finish and aftertaste. Due to the light body, it is drank with ease but it’s not very good.

Sampled on 9/9/2010. This wheat ale pours a dark orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, quickly dissipating. The aroma is fruity and cereal, a touch of bread and sweet. A medium bodied wheat beer. The malts are cereal and grainy, touch of banana and clove. The hops are earthy. Decent carbonation. There is a touch of sweetness and/or syrupiness at the finish, not really bad tasting, but a little unexpected. Also picking up some orange peel and orange rind. Kind of a different wheat beer, it has more fruit and less cereal grain than the usual wheat beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is somewhat sweet.

Bottle. Head is initially small, fizzy/frothy, off-white, fully diminishing. Body is dark yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (apricot), with notes of bile and decaying fruit (plum/peach). Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery/syrupy texture, soft carbonation. Very unpleasant, especially to drink...off/infected kind of sourness, as portended by the rotting/vomit-like undercurrent in the nose. Drain pour.

12 oz bottle purchased at the liquor store on Jefferson and Ridge in Breckenridge, Colorado. Pour is hazed orange copper with almost no head, what is there is off white. Aroma is bright sweet candy lemon, with some grainy wheat behind that, some bubblegum in the finish. Taste is the lemon and bubblegum up front, pretty sweet. Behind is wheat malt, finishing out with more of the bubblegum. Palate is medium bodied, lowish carbonation, sweet lingering aftertaste. Unfiltered and watery tasting, a rare combination. Just ok.

(bottle from Tipsys, sampled 2/28/10). Clear dark gold color. Medium off white head, which is mostly diminishing. Sweet wheat aroma and flavor. Avg duration. Smooth finish, with a very light bitterness. Slick texture. Soft carbonation. Spare lacing.
