Tasted 4/27/08. Sampler from the brewpub. Filtered with a golden hue. Trace white head. Grainy bready nose. Light bodied and crisp. Smooth malts. Mild dryness and a touch tart. Solid interpretation.

Jul 21, 2008 (Sampled 7-5-08 at brewery from sampler) Transparent like water in appearance with some yellow food coloring added, white ring for a head, aroma of bread, corn, and a small hop note. Hits the mouth with a thin watery body, malt is too weak in the mouth, a single hop flash on the finish. Almost every brewery has to have a BMC clone I guess...

Jan 27, 2007 Pours gold with light white head. Smells of wheat and grain. It is a plain pils with a metallic finish and bready taste. It goes down smooth though.

Sep 29, 2006 Draft sampler at brewpub. Poured clear pale color with an average frothy white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Moderate sour citrus aroma. Light to medium body. Light bitter flavor with a light smooth bitter finish of moderate duration.

Nov 1, 2005 from the tap. poureda golden color, with white head and some nice lacing. aroma hops, malts, a touch of sourness. aroma, malts, hops, dry very easy to drink, could of had a few of these.
