Simcoe Pals is a light-bodied hoppy ale, Brewed with simcoe hops, munich and crystal malts. Then, dry hopped for extra aroma and flavor.

tap at the brewery last summer - Pours clear copper with a small white head. The aroma is mainly hops with notes of pine and citrus. The flavor is moderately hopped with citrus coming through. This brew is medium bodied, bubbly, and has a bitter finish. Pretty good.
