Bottle - Dark murky brown. Nice tan head. Medium carbonation. Fairly thin bodied for a stout. Roasted malts, black chocolate, coal tar. Medium bitterness in the finish.

Decent Dry stout but won’t blow you away. Nose is roasty and a little off. In the mouth it is chocolate roasty with a short finish. Decent but doesn’t really improve much on the framework set out by guinness. Another wormanlike beer from this company.

Bottle. Exceptional beer. Aroma has liquorice, raisins, smoke, and coffee. Flavour is long-lasting and mostly sweet; but there is nice bitterness at the end. Silky in the mouth, and medium-bodied. Dark brown colour, with a thin fizzy head.

Bottle. Pours with an average light brown frothy head over a ruby tinged black body. The aroma suggests an alcohol percentage bigger than the stated 4.9%, like a fortified wine, with chocolate, coffee and roasted-burnt notes with clove and dried fruit (dates). A modetaely bitter finish. Well done Grand Ridge-this is a great beer.

Bottle - I really enjoyed this beer. Nice sweet vanilla malty aroma with tastes of roasted coffee, chocolate and malt. A nice beer from the Gippsland region of Victoria.

330ml bottle. Poured with a small tan head that quickly disappeared. Thick black in colour, almost looked like a glass of cola. Strong burnt coffee aroma. Lingers on the palette and feels thick in the mouth.
