COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Classic Belgian style Blonde Wheat Beer. It is bottle conditioned and naturally cloudy using Australia's premium barley, wheat and coriander. Hints of luscious citrus seep through what is believed to be Australia's most delicious blonde head.

Ungstrup (29287) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2006
A muddy orange-brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a clear wheat presence, while the flavor is dry wheaty with light notes of apples.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy pale golden with a small, white head. Rather neutral aroma with a vague tartness. Light-bodied with a distinct sourness - grapefruit I believe. No bitterness. Thanks to Highlandlad for this one. 150306

A hazy golden colour. Whate and citrus aroma. Citrus taste as well. A good beer for an Aust version of a wheat beer.

bridge (659) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - DEC 30, 2005
Pale cloudy yellow with a hard earned head that didn’t last at all. Doughy citrus aroma, with a hint of coriander, but a bit weak. A touch of sourness in the flavour, but otherwise it was a bit bland - it needs a bit more oomph! The palate really let it down, with the fizz being too much and creating a really gassy beer. I know it’s a witbier, but it just seemed a bit weak all round.

Burnt hop malt aroma. Cloudy yellow colour with fair head that dissapears. Sweet malt hop flavour. Fizzy palate.
