2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a clear golden with a medium offwhite head that clings quite well to the glass and leave impressive lacing. Nose is of fruits, spices, raisins and something I’m not quite sure I can pinpoint but it is slightly off. Grass on a wet dog maybe? Taste is acidic, green apples, maybe some raisins, but definitely full of acetaldehyde. Body is light, carbonation medium-high (a bit more than that even) and you get more green apples in the finish. Overall this wasn’t good but not horrible, there are some pretty obvious flaws in this one.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a murky brown with just a little white head. The aromas come through pretty decent on this one with malt, brown sugar and fresh bread. The flavour is mainly malt with some yeast. While this is an interesting Bock and is quite drinkable, its also not one of my favourites. I found it a little one dimensional and lacking complexity.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
This bock poured a nice amber colour with big head of off white foamy. Scents include ripe fruit, malt, and bread. First sip was smooth with medium/ light carbonation and is a little watery. Flavours of ripe fruit and malt most prodominant. Finish is slightly hoppy with a light bitter end.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20

2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle - 500ml. Hazy amber body with lively carbonation and a thin white frothy/creamy head. Decent malty aroma with caramel and grainy hints. Its misbalanced malty/hoppy taste carries some sour fruits and wet wood notes. Leaves a bad rotten herbs aftertaste. A failure.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle. Poured medium amber with a thin beige head. Light malt aroma with a touch of citrus. Light-med body, sour citrus finish. Flavour of pale malt a ’mashed potato’? note. It’s not bad just not great.

Pours a rich amber with a very small head, aroma notes include sweet malts, grass, fruity esters, caramel. Tasting notes include caramel, toffee, medium malts, tannins, and a thin body. This is a decent bock, nothing special.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pours a deep orange brown with a small off white head that fades slowly. Nose is primarily malt with some light toffee and yeast. Light sweetness with a bit of fruit and honey. Medium slick body with soft carbonation. Not much stands out.
