Golden-amber with a thin head and nice sparkle. Full malty aroma with light caramel accents. Rich, chewy, with pale munich malt, toasted biscuits and earthy caramel. Dry, woody, earthy finish.

Pours gold with a white head. Smells of caramel, light citrus. Tastes bitter with a dry finish. Not much going on here.

A golden lager with a thick lacing white head. A crisp caramel malt aroma with light restrained hops, lightly floral. In mouth, a smooth crisp malt, with light chalkyness, and sustained British hops. Medium bodied. On tap at Wellington Gastropub, Sept. 30 2008, 5.50$ pint.

Bottled on 4/22/09. Poured clear honeyed orange with a well-retained cap of white head. The aroma picked up juicy lighter fruit and floral notes with a bit of a kick to it.. caramel and honey backed it.. really tangy nose. The flavor opened with tart light fruit skin (some green apple present) and a hefty dose of floral and grassy bitterness.. caramel, bready notes, and honey on the sweet core.. spicy floral bitterness joined sour fruit skin and wheat on the finish. Light-bodied, but with a somewhat thick feel on the palate.. carbonation didn’t seem to do much.. some nice components in here, but I just don’t know about the sourness because it was a reasonably fresh bottle. I’d give it another shot.

Growler
Appearance :Clear copper look with medium fine top.
Nose :Full of high alpha hops , citric with hint of sweet mango, slight earthy sides.
Flavour/Palate: Fairly light bodied . Malt base is totally covered with green, wet hops. Recommended to taste as last beer of session coz it will kill your palate.

Draught at Victory Cafe. Yellow with a good white head and some lace. Neutral aroma, with some hop. Served just right at cellar-like temperature. Very easy drinking, the caronation was above average and kicked in with bitterness at the end, and this still did not detract. medium mouthfeel, and a good drinkability for a lager.

Draught. At Volo. Bright refractive gold, average white head. Sweet grainy mildly yeasty aroma, like a grainy pils, mild. Oddly salty taste, decent grainy malt body, herbal/floral fairly harsh hops , nothing special. Body is on the thin side, mildly astingent and carbonated, surprisingly long bitter finish. A bit harsh, but full-flavoured and a lot of hops. Let’s not get crazy here, this is just another freakin’ run-of-the-mill lager, just cleaner and no corn or other crap in it.

Sampled at the brewery and a growler enjoyed watching a softball tournament at Budd Park in Kitchener. Golden amber body with a huge creamy white head that does not cease to impress - incredible head retention. Hoppy aroma is grassy, over lightly toasty malt. Pleasant grassy hop bitterness with the very lightest note of lemon. Supportive malt provides excellent balance throughout. Average palate is appropriately carbonated with a pleasant mouthfeel. Quite drinkable.
