[ Raise The Roof Tasting ]. Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark roasted, chocolate, berry sour notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100731]

Bottled@The Chriso Rock The Roof Down pre-GBBF shindig. Hazy dark reddish brown colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some chocolate, burnt wet wood as well as liquorice and some mild liquorice. Flavour is smoked wet wood, some roasted malts, mild coffee, liquorice and chocolate. Quite pleasant sipper for finishing the evening at the shindig.

Bottle at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF2010 tasting. Black thin beige head. Decent impy stout. OK tar. Good drinkability. At least it tastes of an impy stout instead of all those rubbish Cigar City things.....
