Bottle 50cl. @ ChrisOs Pre-GBBF Shindig 2010.

[ Raise The Roof Tasting ]. Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark roasted, chocolate, berry sour notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100731]

Bottled. A dark red-brown beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, coffee, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted matl, alcohol, soy sauce, and wood, leading to a roasted finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of wavers1. Pours black with a warm reddish tint. Sweet roast, some dark dried fruit. Solid body, hard roast, metallic, cardamom notes, hard roast finish. Solid and straight. 170611

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is dark roasted malt, chocolate and smoked. Dark malty, sweet, dark roasted and mild acidic. Smooth mouthfeel. Bitter and roasted malty finish.

Bottled@The Chriso Rock The Roof Down pre-GBBF shindig. Hazy dark reddish brown colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some chocolate, burnt wet wood as well as liquorice and some mild liquorice. Flavour is smoked wet wood, some roasted malts, mild coffee, liquorice and chocolate. Quite pleasant sipper for finishing the evening at the shindig.

Bottle at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF2010 tasting. Black thin beige head. Decent impy stout. OK tar. Good drinkability. At least it tastes of an impy stout instead of all those rubbish Cigar City things.....

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocoalte and licorice aroma. Roasted malty chocoalte and licorice flavor. Has a roasted malty chocoalte and licorice finish.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear dark brown - white head. Coffee, chocolate, berries, high malty, bitterness, berries notes, licorice. Nice balance.

50cl bottle, bottled 5/22/09, thanks CaptainCougar. Medium beige head that mostly dissipates atop lightly hazed brown-black body. Aroma is moderately sweet, moderately sweet, chococaramel, some sourness. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, some cabbage/sour. Medium-full body, low carbonation.
