Not a very good blonde. The expected citrus is there, but it is diluted by an unnecessary malty sweetness and a strange rotten vegetable taste. Appearance is nice and the smooth palate is suitable.

bottled, pours cloudy gold with a minimal white head. aromas of grass and hay. on the tongue it is a bit tinny and metalic. slightly sweet and sour, finishes flat and unassuming. not one of GTBC better options.

Cloudy orange-yellow, white head. Pleasant sweet malt aroma. Taste: Sweet bready, fruity, malty, toffee, sweet corn, cream corn and some grassy hops. A bit unbalanced. Ehh, this is ok, but wouldn’t buy again.

Old bottle found while doing some cellar cleaning and rearranging. Pours a fairly clear golden orange with a sizable beiged white head. Old paper, degraded toast and a bit of sweetness. Definitely smells old. Strange coconut note as well. Sweet and dull, lots of age and old paper and malt flavors. Not good anymore. Odd bitterness and vegetal flavors creeping in. Dumped.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak grainy aroma with some weak hoppy hints. Sweetish malty grainy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.

Pours amber with a thin white head and some lacing. Notes of sweet dough and apples. Balanced taste, though a bit on the sweet side. Crisp and sessionable.

Cloudy copper with a white head. Yeasty, grape like smell. Light bodied, smooth, malty, with a touch of bitterness to it. A decent session beer.

A light and grainy blonde, bready and very drinkable, which could use a touch more oomph and depth.

Murky amber out of the bottle with a short lived white head. Grainy nose with a littly yeasty bread. Caramel sweetness with some fruity esters. It really tasted like homebrew. Not a very interesting beer.

You know, it’s a fairly average beer, but I’ll give it extra points for being organic. (P.S. I didn’t know beers could be inorganic).
