Draft at Fobab 10. This is the 2011 version, barrel aged. Pours a mostly clear pale gold with a white head. Nose is lightly fruity, some wine acidity. Vanilla & pilsner malt abound with the fruity notes. Pretty clean fermentation. On tasting, modeate sweetness, drying finish. The alcohol is reserved. Clean with a medium palate, solid tripel.
