Pour is a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is a nice clove and yeast. Flavor is a nice clove, a touch of spice and a hint of vanilla. This is a pretty decent offering and very sessionable.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured with a nice off white head that lasts and lots of lace. Color is a slightly cloudy amber. Aroma was traditional Bavarian weisse but like a little overdone - sort of artificial. Flavor is like nose. Body is good and so is carbonation. Finish is like flavor and of short to medium in length.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Thanks to ericandersnavy for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a hazy light yellow color with a white head. The aroma is wheat, grain and bananas, about what I expect in the hefeweizen. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of wheat and banana notes with some clove mixed in. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. This tastes and smells like a hefeweizen should, but something about it doesn’t sit that well with me. Decent, but not one of the better Grand Teton beers I have had.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
dark yellow with an orange haze. Some sediment in the bottle. Everything else is light. Light flavor and light aroma, even if they are correct. Banana and cloves with some coriander. It needs more sweetness and more flavor.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
(bottle from bhensonb) Pours a cloudy light gold with a medium sized white head that quickly settles to a thin cap. Aroma of banana, clove, vanilla, bready wheat, and just a faint hint of orange creamsicle. Nearing perfection in what I look for in a hefe aromatically. Flavor follows suit with some light banana, clove, snappy wheat, and a lingering bready finish. My only complaint would be that the banana is a little toned down for my tastes, but this would be a great introductory beer for someone just getting accustomed to the style. Mouthfeel is a little thin as well, but it doesn’t detract that much. Carbonation is lively. Overall, this would be a great beer to session during any month, but particularly in the summer. Thanks Bill!
