3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml Bottle. The pour was a light hazy orange with an average (1-2 finger) white creamy head that was mostly diminishing, down to a thin puddled film with a small collar and had really good sheeting of lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt and a musty Belgian Brett yeast with notes of citrus (lemon), green apple and a hint of coriander.
The taste was sweetly tart with a good strong dose of citrus from the onset, becoming rather yeasty and bit fruity with a tart and mildly spicy finish. The flavor lasted and average duration following the swallow with a nice sour citrusy flavor left behind.
Mouthfeel was right in between light and medium in body with a creamy and slightly dry texture and a prickly carbonation.
Overall this was a really flavorful brew with lots of sweet fruitiness and a bold yeasty tart ending...

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
[Tap] Light golden color with a white head. Cloudy pour. Musty grains, green apples and wet grass in the nose. Notes of dough, citrus, clove, peppercorn and some alcohol in the taste. Harsh levels of acidity. Lots of carbonation. Lingering tart citrus finish. Thinner body. Not that easy to drink. Tasting notes from 8/2014.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
The aroma of this beer isn?t very strong; the most present element is the yeast. The taste is very good; there?s both sweet and (citrus) sour. The palate is refreshing. Good beer, even though I?m still not certain how much I like the Berliner Weiss style.

12oz bottle Poured into a tulip -- Pours and smells like a really good Berliner. Flavor doesn’t back it up, too sweet not enough sour. Decent drinker.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle - Now that this guy is in 12oz, I can get it in a mix-six. Pours golden with a ring of white head. Nose is banana, clove, white grape, pear, and a bunch of sugary sweetness. Taste is sweet banana, pear juice, and a bit of tart apple on the finish. Slick and medium-thin with ample carbonation. This is not a berliner weisse.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap; pours a cloudy gold with a white head; aroma is wheat and citrus; taste is sweet with citrus, wheat, and yeast; finish is wet and slightly bitter; not sure if this is a true Berliner Weisse as it does really have the sour characteristics of a Berliner Weisse, however this is not a bad beer

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tart and slightly sour, hazy golden body with tiniest ring of a head. Aroma is floral, and yeasty like a Belgian ale. More tartness in the finish.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle of Snarling Badger with bottled on date of 23 June 2014.
Pours clear, light amber with a small head.
The aroma is an unappealing mix of yeast, citrus, bready malts and funk.
Flavor: mildly tart with a mostly lemony citrus tone. Some bready light grains.
O: get past the aroma and you’ll find a quite drinkable weisse beer with well hidden ABV.
