On draft at pizzeria caldera in Jackson WY. Pours a cloudy copper with a thick off white head. Fruity hop nose. Some grassy notes. Very bitter finish.

Brewed in a pocket of the Grand Tetons near the border of Idaho and Wyoming. Another great APA / IPA added to the Top 10 Summer Dusk Drives Through the Heart of America Tour 2018.

Had at the 2013 St. Paul Summer Beer Fest, Lighter orange pour, white head. Aroma of citrus hops and malt, taste similar, nice pale

Bottle. Cloudy light copper, half-inch snowy head. Amazing juicy, fruity, resiny, and barely dank hop aroma, against a backdrop of breadcrust and honey. Dry and flavorless except for disappointingly metallic and plastic tastes. I would have guessed it is organic from the overall dirty, pithy character. The beer suffers from harsh, rough bitterness befitting a maltier backbone. Stats would indicate an FG of ~1.014 (3.5P), yet the mouthfeel is thin, chalky and gritty. Hairspray and yellow grapefruit aftertaste. It smells great, but everything else really, really sucks. How the hell did they fuck up plain ol’ pale ale??

Very smooth pale ale. Found this to be incredibly drinkable on a warm summer eventing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light body with a neutral mouthfeel. Fairly bitter, but with a good, smooth, short lasting aftertaste.

From bottle. Pours a deep mahogany with decent tan head. Aroma was sweet with a floral hops. Taste was caramel and an unbalanced sweetness. Has bittering but was way too sweet.

Part of my Piggly Wiggly mixed six from North Charleston. Deep bronze pour with a fluffy head. Nose was papery as fuck, so I reckon this one had been in the pig’s bowels a while. Notes of lemon and toffee in the nose too, but the taste is - whether by design or age at this point - mostly washed out and grassy.

I don’t usually trust APAs. There are too many weak-flavored wheat beers. This was a good risk. I could definitely take more hops, but this contains a good amount of resiny hops flavor. Good balance of sweetness. Full mouthfeel. Recommended for fans of IPAs.

Sample at brewfest. Pours a light orange. Citrus/grapefruit on the tongue, really a nice beer.
