Aroma is all columbus rubber, appearance is an unfiltered gold color (with what I like to call "sea monkey" style yeast floaties, flavor is some mild citrus fruit hop notes and a lot of rubber, a dankness i attribute to columbus hops along with that rubber flavor i always taste with columbus hops, not any sort of hint at grain or malt in the flavor, probably all two row and maybe a sprinkle of wheat malt, this is certainly a quality ale and deserves your taste, it’s just not my flavor

Decent (though kind of weak) aromas of citrus and a bit of sweet malt. Looks good with a nice frothy white head. Flavors are very good and balanced. Pretty bitter but still refreshing. An excellent APA.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a soft hazy orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. There’s some light stringy lacing coming from the dieing head. The smell had a big juicy citrus aroma with an invasive strong pine note to assist in a wonderful smell. The taste started off sweet and eventually showed a mild bittersweet flavoring to start to show. On the palate, this one shows a nice sesionability in a light to medium sort of body. The carbonation was delicately harsh with a fine lingering gentleness to it. A light spicy smooth undercurrent of juicy citrus with pine rolls over my tongue. Overall, what a wonderful APA that I definitely would have again.

12oz bottle poured into an imperial pint. The aroma is caramel and roasted malt with a floral touch as well as citrus and pine. It becomes a bit cleanser like near the end. It pours a clear orange with a thick, white uneven creamy head. Lots of puffy, creaminess remains throughout the duration of the drink, mostly around the edges and in a moderate lump in the middle. It leaves lots of messy lacing. The taste is a medium, sharp bitter and medium syrupy sweet. The oily, medium body has a creamy carbonation. It finishes with caramel and roasted grains, citrus, and pine. The pine sticks around in the aftertaste which is lightly dry and clean.

Draft. Pretty decent lacing. Medium aroma. Nice golden color. Tasted a little flat. Flavor was a little citrusy, with a piney aftertaste. Maybe not very fresh?

Sample on tap at the Bridge in STL during RBSG. Mostly clear orange color. Thin off-white head. Leaves good dots and bits of lace. Looks good considering my 1 ounce sample size. Caramel malt, light spicy hop. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter. Light to medium body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Decent pale ale, but nothing special.

Tap at Millers in Chicago. Description hits it head on. Floral notes and crisp. Decent representation of the APA style. ----Hophaze out

Draft at Closed For Business. Clear light golden pour with a bubbly white head. Grassy, pine aroma with a hint of citrus and pale malts. Light bodied in profile with grass and piney hops the linger through the finish. Not terrible, but very average.

Poured from bottle, massive head, subtle floral aroma, initially quite light but a lingering taste. Meh, ok. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
