2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle Pours a dark reddish amber. Decent tan head and good lacing. Aroma is of dark roasted grain. A bit strong for an amber. Tastes a bit woody and like tea. Fairly bitter, not much hopps. Otherwise unremarkable.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This has a light citric and metallic aroma; mild caramel malt background with a slight bitter finish; reasonable balance; moderate to light bodied; not too bad, really.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear and deep amber with a reddish glow. Decent head and lace. Bread dough in the nose. Light, unimpressive texture. Some roasty notes in the malts. Slightly toasted bread as well. Only mildly sweet. Hops contribute a mild bitterness, some citrusy notes, and a hint of sour/tartness. OK beer.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This one comes up very boring, and typical, nothing really stands out, a beer that makes you shrug your shoulders and say, "eh, it's okay." Some nice toasted malts, with a bit of a burnt taste at times, aroma is grassy and wet. Very crisp finish.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle 5-03. Pours dark copper/amber; head is minimal and fading. Cookie dough and summer flowers. Nice dry finish, quaffable. Certainly a balanced beer, thought quite tame.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark coppery hue with small head and some lace. The aroma hints of grapefruit, apple, berry, toasted buttery malts, floral hops, and sweaty yeast ester. The taste is very refreshing with bitter and fruity tones. Some caramel malts undertone. A little earthy and woody too. The finish is bitter and dry, crisp. For an amber ale, this one is very nice. It good to have a surprise every once in a while. Thanks Jordan for the Idaho brews.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Deep orange amber. Slight oxidized nose, with grain and bread. Small, sticky off white head. Caramel malts, grainy, bready, medium bodied, finishing with earthy subtle hops. Not too shabby.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Mahogany pour with no head or lace. Woody aroma with some malt and a touch of hop. Very sweet flavors, almost cherry like. Malts and hops fill the flavor as well. Medium body with a pretty smooth palate. Not too bad.
