Cask Conditioned at Harbury Beer festival ’05. Golden amber colour with slight head. There was a thick elderflower, fragrant character straight from the off with this sample, bright & effervescent. Middling unassuming body to the beer though, almost as though the only requirement is the elderflower flavour. Easy and pleasant but lacking depth.

Rich golden amber colour. Restrained floral aroma. Not sure I would have picked it out as elderflower. Hops switch to a more resinous character on the palate. Slightly chalky mouthfeel. Not the most assertive beer, but very pleasant. Cask (gravity dispense), Ealing Beer Festival 2005.

Sweet flowery flavour. Almost full bodied, more edging on medium. Sweet honey, bit of sulphur in the aroma. Clear gold in colour. Nice!
