Bottle (many thanks to Garching !): Golden, rather quickly diminishing mid-sized loose head; moderate sweet-malty, bready and a bit worty nose with a very faint tinge of herbal hops; light sweet flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; sweet worty-bready finish, rounded by a short bitter "tail". Decent Export.........

Apr 1, 2008 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet pale malty, slightly strawy and bready nose with shy spicy, almost ethereal notes. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Quite bready malt character with light spicy and herbal accents; moderately sweet, bready and malt-accented finish, which is just a bit short. Likeable Helles (01.04.08).

Mar 14, 2008 Bottle. Golden, white creamy head. Crisp straw and grass aroma. Chewy malt base, slightly less fullbodied than one woul expect
from the initial bready start, nice sparkly mouthfeel though. Light fruity notes, grassy hop balance. Well-crafted Helles.
