draught: golden in colour. Hops and citrus in the aroma. floral hops in flavor. and low carbonation, which I love.

Cask-served dry-hopped ale with little bitterness for an IPA.
I like:
Pleasant floral aromatics. Tea-like nuances. Confident pale malts which offer decent cerealic support.
I dislike:
The taste does not keep up with the dry-hopping promises. Really thin in mouth, causing a certain leafy astringency.

Jun 1, 2008 on cask at the brewery in toronto. golden (this doesnt look like an IPA). no hops in the aroma. no hops anywhere. my server told me the hop shortage has affected this brew and its not as good as it once was. ill i can say is this is an uninspired offering.

May 10, 2008 On cask at Volo...I guess I just don’t get the "cask" thing at this point, I didn’t think the flat carbonation suited the citrus hops of this beer. Fine tasting and refreshing, probably would have given a bottle a higher score.

Mar 14, 2008 Pours a dark yellow color with a white head. Aroma is malty, grainy, astringent, and earthy hops. Flavor is grainy, malty, astringent, and a earthy peppery finish.
