Crystal clear golden beer toped with a thick fine laced head. Beautiful sweet fruity nose, Challenger hop brightness, some juicy fruit and cherry notes over a lean earthy British malt bill. Sweet flavour, lightly minerally with cherry and soft grapey sweetness. Lean bodied, but with enough malt to balance the sweet/earthy hops. Great balance. A very sessionable pint. I think I’ll have another. Dickinsonbeer (3449), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA

Pours a very light blonde with a foamy white head. Aroma is fresh floral hops, light citrus hint, lemony, and clean. Flavor is crackery, toasty, light breadiness, and floral fresh hops, light grassiness, but clean and crisp. Easy drinking. rudolf (1758), Buffalo, New York, USA

(Earlier ratings refer to it as being hazy, so I assume that it used to be unfiltered?) Fresh citric hops in the aroma. Mild, fruity flavour with a nice hop finish. A good refresher. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 15, 2004 Light gold in colour, with body supporting little to no head, even after swirling the glass a bit. A citrus/candy aroma mixed with hops was a nice suprise. Subtle fruit taste with some hop bitterness. The aftertaste is mildly bitter with a sort of fuzzy feeling left in the throat. A decent summer ale. I’d like to have this again. JAF737300 (792), Tampa, Florida, USA
