3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Not sure if this one is in the right category, the bartender said it was the "Brown Ale". Pretty good stuff, very drinkable. Same weird aftertaste as the rest of the GC beers though.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark brown pour, mahogany tones when held up to the light. Thick foamy 2" light brown head. Tight sudsy bubbles.
Very light malty aroma. Based upon the time I had this at the brewpub, I was expecting a lot more aroma.
Silky smooth carmelly taste of malt, then wow, the hops are really prominent. Hints of sweet hazulnut, also a bit more bitter nut flavor like walnuts.
A very full, almost thick mouthfeel that is sweet on the palate, but bitter hops on the edges. Strong hoppy aftertaste.
The glass retains a ton of lace even several minutes after the last drop is drained.
