On tap at the Mishawaka location 7/15/09: Pours a transparent dark copper amber with a well-lacing froth of white head. Aroma of lightly sweet toasty caramel malt and a hint of doughy yeast and some graininess. Starts with decent fullness and a touch of light fruits and grainy caramel before a drier toasty finish. A decent maibock.

DuffMan (6668) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 1, 2014
On tap @ the Granite City Food & Beer in the Indianapolis airport, concourse A. Medium old-penny brown, miniscule head. Bready malts, more nutty than chocolatey, oddly. If I were guessing, I’d peg this as a brown ale.
