Draft: Poured a burnt orange with a white head. The aroma is very grainy. Taste is a sour grain, corn, and nice hops balance.

Aroma Carmel color light red. Taste very light for Irish red, not much crystal grains or chocolate were used in this one, light floral citrus hop character, low malt no lace or head, forgettable

Clear light red with no head. Sweet fruit bread aroma and taste with mild hop character.

Draft at the brewpub. Comes a clear amber with an average biege head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Taste is similar. Drinkable, but nothing special.

Sampler at the brewpub. It poured a clear amber reddish color with very small head. The aroma was of cherries and toffee. The taste was of caramel malts with a sweet, toasty finish. It was an ok Irish Red Ale.

Tap at Zona Rosa location in KC. Tan head tops a dark copper, nearly ruby brown colord body. Bready, malty nose with lots of caramel. Some toast. Tastes like raosted peanuts with a carmel finish. There is also some light wood. Nice and smooth with a tobacco hint.

Hmm.., I guess I will go against the grain here. Had the sampler first and got a growler to go. pours with a thick foamy head and has a slightly sticky lacing. The color is a glowing dark red. Aroma is perfectly malty authentic Irish Ale. Has a light wet soil aspect with some musk. there is some light cocoa and faint roast. Flavor is a bit weaker, a little vegetal, but same musky, earthy malts and a faint muted fruit back there. Easy drinking and is a fun beer.

tap - Pours amber with a one finger light tan head. It has a mild caramel malt aroma. The flavor too is all about the caramel malt. There’s a little bit of hops in there and it’s certainly easy to quaff. Not bad.

(draught - St. Louis) light brown with hints of ruby, generous light tan head with some lace. Sweetish biscuit malt aroma. Flavor was biscuit/caramel with a hint of grapes. Good body.

Draft at Fort Wayne, IN location.Small, very fizzy, light tan head that mostly diminished, spotty amounts of lacing, transparent, and an orange brown hue. Nose was malt and caramel and ditto for the flavor.Tingly mouthfeel and medium in body.Quaffable, very easy to drink, nothing truly special stoodout about this beer, would be okay for a session beer.
