aroma is clearer grainery, leans towards sweetness. well polished gold, nice nucleation, wispy head. flavor is hints of spiciness amongst candy sweetness. off putting dirty bitterness later. some kind of balance struck in the end albeit by questionable means.

Tap from KC,Mo location. Poured a hazy yellow almost orange color with a smaller white head that was gone rather quick. Aroma was grass, citrus, lemon and some mild hops. Flavor was grass, earthy tones and spruce. Kind of a dry finish. Weird but not in a good way. Something missing with this beer. Kind of watery and thin. Not all that great.

Mug club pour. Looks nice in the 25oz glass. Filtered orange-yellow. Steady, creamy white head. Pretty respectable Pils, lots of Boho characteristics. Pepper noble hops, some grainy brewhouse malt. Old school beer-beer, where there is a fine line between World Class and macro swill. Standard, in a good way. Not bad by any means.

It poured a clear amber color with a white head. The aroma was moderately hoppy. The flavor was bittersweet with a bittersweet finish of moderate duration.

Tap at St. Louis Park brewpub. Crystal clear light yellow pour with a small wispy white head. Very mild aroma of Saaz hops, grain, and a touch of sweetness. Lighter palate. Taste is mildly bready malts and a tinge of a metallic finish.

Draught at Cedar Rapids. Pours crystalline yellow with tight white head. The aroma is light cookiedough and a subtle floral note. The flavor is grainy with assertive hop bitterness. Mellow doughiness and dry herbal notes in the finish. Crisp, decent.

A nice pils from this brewpub, pours a medium gold with white head. Flavors are pretty traditionally pils, with an emphasis on a moderate and enjoyable hoppiness. A good beer that I’d have again.

A very nice Pilsner, but sadly the most flavorful of their beers. Which is sad.

Tap - nice foamy head, light golden color, nice balanced flavor. Description says "intense hop flavor" - I don’t know about that, I didn’t taste too many hops. Good overall though.
