Pours a clear pale yellow. Aroma is very floral with some perfume qualities. Tart citrus taste that stays pretty refreshing and light. Best GC brew I had this time around.

Cloudy. Orange added. Tastes exactly what it is...a witbier. Ok, but not memorable.

Clear and golden in color. Subtle aroma with clean and refreshing palate. Flavorful for a summer ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the Peoria location. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Medium bodied creamy flavors. Nose of yeast lemon coriander and wheat. Really refreshing yeasty wheat tart flavors with some lemon and a coriander finish. Great for a hot day, this goes down too easy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Server at the Fargo location called their specialty brew a white beer, so I hope this is it. Hazy golden yellow color, thick white head, solid lacing. Arona of orange peel ans spice. Taste is heavily spiced citrus.

Tap: Nice pour, a hazy pale straw body with a respectable head. It smells of coriander, wheat, and a splash of tangerine. Soft mouthfeel. The flavor is slightly tart, yeasty, and tastes of soft wheat malt with the coriander flavor growing as you drink. An orange rind bitterness along with sweet grasses comes in at the finish. Not bad.

Gregis (1281) - Shawnee, Kansas, USA - AUG 21, 2007
Growler from their location at the Legends at Village West. Pours a hazy light straw with a frothy, white head that leaves nice lacing behind. Solid notes of coriander and orange peel on the nose with a light, sweet wheat note in the background. Light, thin and smooth with a clean and slightly dry finish. A bit heavy on the coriander and a bit light on the citrus for my tastes, but itís still a decent wit and on par with many that Iíve sampled.

detroiter (958) - Euphoria, Minnesota, USA - JAN 15, 2007
Pours a cloudy golden straw color, briefly topped by a thin layer of white foam that gives way to a thickish film in a minute or so. Good lacing. Light honey, wheat, and citrus in the aroma. Dry wheat, sweet orance, and a hinty of spicy yeast flavor. More of a lemony citrus juice bitterness (as opposed to a hop bitterness) in the finish. A tiny bit bready in the aftertaste. Unfortunately a bit thin in mouthfeel.
