4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Big 750 ml bottle from Club de Cervezas. Red wax. Best before date: April 2017. Pours an incredibly dark, Malbec-like color with crimson, purple and burgundy hues. A medium white head grows quickly and diminishes later into an irregular film with uneven bubbled and a gorgeous lacing. Aroma is intense and heavily hoppy. Huge character of tropical fruits, bold mango, passionfruit, mellon-pear, papaya, fresh herbs, mild pungent touches with resiny hints and pommegranate. Not much toasted or roasted presence, modifying and complimenting the overwhelming hoppiness. Complex and distinctive. Taste is massive, layered, mostly showing high alpha acids, intense fruity sweetness and a solid toasted backbone. No acidity at all. Just sweet in the beginning and medium-high bitter at the end. Mango and mellon-pear fruity sweetness dominates for a start. Papaya touches with toasted bready note are big in the back and aftertaste. Full grain dark bread is clear in the middle too. An almost perfect integration of sweet dark malts and intense tropical hoppiness. Wow! Truly a beast! It’s just the roastiness that is a little bit too restrained to make it totally perfect. Big body, medium carbonation. Perfect amount of alcohol warming at 10,5%, without any phenolic notes. Fruity finish with touches of dark fruits lingering way after swallowing. It’s a massive, complex Chilean Ale. Incredible. Big and almost refined. Shared bottle with my brother and half of 750 ml was not enough. Expensive but totally worth it.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Beeing a Black IPA and having used 9 kinds of hops I expected it to be hoppier, but instead it was a well balanced beer. More of a hoppy RIS. The taste and aroma of the Pinot Noir Barrles is there, and I loved it. One of the best artisanal brews I ever had. Went to buy more, and got a few that were left. There are no more Tue Tue fur sale

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Nice dark tone with a generous and creamy dark brown head in my teku glass, a low carbonation with a dense texture. In nose has a lot of complexity with a great fruity wine profile (cherry and strawberry) with a hoppy mix with chocolate notes and a warm licorice finish. Its smooth and creamy with a texture similar to a wine with a remarkable cherry and strawberry notes with bitter chocolate and a hoppy taste that brings a bitterness that fills on the palate and a roasted coffee and licorice finish. A favorite from Chile!
