Clear light orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, molasses, vegetable, paper, cabbage water. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and sour notes with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081129]
