Pours hazy brown with some white head. A caramel aroma with an earthy taste and little bitter finish. English Pale Ales are not suppsed to be exciiting.

Draft. Not sure if this was just served too cold but really didn’t derive much flavor or aroma from this. Comes across as a watered down pilsner with light floral hops, which obviously wasn’t the intent.

ENG: 473ml can from Liquor Mart, Winnipeg, poured into the tulip. Very nice, clean dark amber with small-medium tan head which disappeared immediately. Aromas are acidic, bitter with hint of caramel and a tiny bit of hop (after you stir it). Tastes malty, sour, caramel, maybe hint of honey in the finish. Medium carbonation, low body. This is quite average beer, maybe not bad, but it tastes like a commercial brewery.
PL: Puszka 473ml zakupiona w Liquor Mart w Winnipeg, przelana do kieliszka.

Copper beer, thin tan head. Nose is wet straw, paper, caramel. Flavor is bread, caramel and wet paper. Some hops in there somewhere. Yuk.

Someone left at my house. Drank from bottle, also plowed thru a tonne of garlicky hummous prior. Found it to be ok, bit watery in the aftertaste, all I taste is garlic and mashed chick peas.

Produit moyen qui ressemble bien plus à une rousse qu’une Pale Ale. C’est à peu près tout pour moi; ni désagréable ni mémorable.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
341ml bottle served in a weizen glass (best served in a snifter or a pint) around 6 degrees:
Pours a clear mahogany holding very little carbonation. You get no more than two fingers of a coarse tanned head rapidly depleting to a porous layer. You get some smal spottes lacing here and there.
The nose bursts out roasted and nutty notes with a molasse sweetness. Hops are faint with a mellow floral presence but I had a hard time getting them so the malts really dominate here.
On the tongue, the brew is brown sugar, roasted cereals... well pretty much like a bowl of oatmeal with brown sugar! Hops do get through with a distinctive yet not aggressive floral element and I thought it paired well the roasted/sweet aspects, sort of giving the brew a wild crop taste and some well needed bitterness.
Overall this brew is a very nice try out. I found it t be a merging of a English Brown Ale and a mellow Pale Ale thus offering something new and inventive. This one would get along with some nice BBQ’d porc with a sweet marinade. Cheers!

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
355 ml bottle poured at home. Pours an Amber color with a creamy beige head. Very smooth to drink. Not much stands out in terms of smell. Taste is brown sugar but once again it doesn’t stand out. Easy to drink but doesn’t have anything that makes it more than average.

Draft - Light grains. Clear copper with a decent beige head. Very grainy, light sweetness and more grains. Not quite what I would expect.
