Smelled pretty malty when I first opened it. Poured dark pink. Originally malty with a hint of raspberry. As it aired out the raspberry became a lot more evident, should probably let this one sit in the glass a good five minutes before drinking. Itís not overly complex and just has a hint of sour raspberry, but I liked it more than something like Fruli which is far too sweet. I got this in a Costco pack and there was only a single bottle inside but Iíd pick up a six pack for a hot summer day. You have to have it really cold though outside in the heat.

Watery red colour. Watery fruity taste. This is basically a glass of crystal clear with booze.

Clear reddish gold pour with thin foam and active carbonation. Smooth, sweet mouthfeel. Mild tartness at the end. Raspberry flavor dominates but touches of yeast come through. Overall effect is a little disappointing. The raspberry flavor seemed mannered, almost artificial.

Appearance: hazy red-tinged deep gold with a short-lived white head, patchy lacing. (3/5) Aroma: raspberry, grassy, pale crackery malt. (5/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter, mild tart. (4/10) Light body, moderate carbonation, dry slightly astringent finish. (3/5) This is one of those very rare beers that I think could actually stand to be a bit sweeter. Thereís some (somewhat fake-smelling) raspberry there, but itís so very dry and astringent that itís tasting more like berry seeds than flesh, or maybe watermelon peel. Iím not sure more sweetness would have made it taste any less artificial, but it might be a little more palatable. (10/20)

Pours a thin, white foamy quick dissipating head atop a peachy coloured body. Nose of sweet raspberry jam. The flavour is more subtle and seedy with a watery sweet dry finish. Okay.

Quite mild raspberry flavour, pinkish clear in colour. It needs to be sour to be a good beer with this fruit flavour. And it should not be a part of their variety packs. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sample at brewery. In the sweet aroma raspberry. The unclear pink red beer has a medium pinkish head. In the taste raspberry and thatís it. Medium carbonated.

Can from the brewery. Hazy pinkish-red. The head died down fairly quickly. Smells berryish, but bland and artificial. Light body, bit fizzy. Pretty sweet, bland, with some raspberry taste. Drinkable, but thatís about it. About what youíd expect for this type of beer from a larger brewery.

Pink frothy head on an orange bodied beer. Aroma is strongly raspberry. Taste is sweet raspberry switching to a bitter rasberry and then finishing a touch metallic. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Purchased a 6-pack in St-Jerome for our Canadian Tire NASCAR series weekend. Pours an amber-pink colour with a very light pinkish-white creamy head with great retention. Aromas of grainy malts, grassy hops and raspberry juice. The taste is of watery raspberry juices at first with hints of sourness and very mild tart. Light grain in the finish with some bitterness from the hops. Pretty refreshing overall. Good fruity beer for summer.

Draft - Wheat grain and light Berry. Pinkish red with a white head. Sweet raspberry and not much else. Very artificial juice like.
