2013-01-02, draught at Malone’s Urban Drinkery, Vancouver, 8.4% ABV, 6-4-6-4-13=33
The color is almost black. Some aroma of chocolate for cakes (not the best one indeed). Good mouthfeel; flavor of choclate malt and cheap chocolate, with correct bitterness; the final is nicer and it ends quite well.

2011-01-11, draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver, 8.4% ABV, 7-4-6-3-13=33
Black color, creamy beige head. Nice aroma of roasted malt, with just a touch of ashes and chocolate. Good body and mouthfeel; sweetish flavor of cheap chocolate; correct bitterness. Balanced, and with a strong chocolate character, but quite vulgar.
