COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This unique beer style may be one of Ireland’s best kept secrets. Toffee-like in aroma, malty in flavour and copper in colour, Irish Red finishes clean and smooth, with a hint of Northwest hops to help get your Craic on when you’re not in Ireland.

Copper orange pour, off-white head. Caramel, toast, spiciness and floral character on the aroma. Flavor is along the same lines with faintly resinous bitterness on the finish. A surprisingly clean and balanced mellow beer.

Pleasantly balanced aroma of caramel malt and floral hops. Clear amber body is topped by a low white head that recedes to a thin partial cover with some lacing. Flavour is as aroma suggests with pleasant bitterness offsetting the caramel malt. Medium light body with moderate, lightly prickly carbonation. A very drinkable beer! Sampled on tap on St. Patrick’s day at Sunset Grill.
