not a bad lager. Positives are the appearance and the initial taste. Negatives are its lack of aroma and strange after taste. Over all a satisfying lager

Appearance: clear pale gold with a short-lived white head, minimal patchy lacing. (3/5) Aroma: grassy, pale crackery malt, corn, light fruit. (5/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter. (5/10) Light body, moderate carbonation, medium-dry and crisp mildly bitter finish. (3/5) A straightforward pale lager without much to recommend it - but on the other hand, not much to criticize. Went down a treat after yard work, and certainly better than a mass market lager, but nothing unique to make me search it out again. (11/20)

It's too bad granville island couldn't carry over their unique body mouthfeel of their ales to this lager. A bit better than mass produced lagers, slight hoppiness, but still nothing great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. Nos of mild sweet malt with a bit of earthy hops. Medium sweetness with a mild hop finish. Mild to medium body. Quite balanced but nothing groundbreaking.

0.473 draft. Clear, amber color and a small, white head leaving no lacing. The aroma is delicate, mostly features fruits, pale malts, and delicate wood and caramel. Sweet and sour taste of fruits, prunes, and some yeasts. Light body, slick texture, and soft carbonation. Finish is short, kinda fruity, a tad malty. Overall the beer is kinda bad.

341 ml bottle. Pours a clear golden with a thin, white head that leaves some spotty lacing. Light hop aroma with some corn. Sweet flavour of corn, malt, grass and a hint of fruit with a dry, slightly bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Pretty run of the mill lager.
