not a bad lager. Positives are the appearance and the initial taste. Negatives are its lack of aroma and strange after taste. Over all a satisfying lager

Watery taste, absolutely no flavor profile. Light hops, but not much else going on for it. Wet. Worse than Keiths.

0.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
Poured a pale straw colour. No head. Very little aroma. Smell equivelant to cheap adjunct brewed macro. Initial taste of bitter water. almost no body whatsoever. Just another Molson Coors macro brew disguised as a "craft’’ beer. Terrible...avoid at all costs. .....but still better than Budweiser.

Bottle. Very grain based lager. Works pretty well. Has a dry grainy finish with some caramel malts. Not too shabby.

Bottle to pint glass
Grains, straw, hay, some yeast and a touch of skunk. Clear yellow, brilliant white head. Taste is a touch skunky with lots of grains.

On tap at the brewery. Pours golden with white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is of yeast, pale malt and hops. Body is light and smooth. Taste is of bready malt and light hops. Finish is long and slightly bitter. Nice session brew.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap. Dark yellow. Isn't as terrible as I expected. Still not a good beer, but what do you expect from a Granville pale lager? Slurp tingly dry finish, but pretty much drinking liquid hay.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pale gold body, small and quickly fading white head. Smells more bitter than it tastes. Flavour is pretty standard malt and hops, fairly nondescript. Very well balanced and good quality for a plain lager - very crisp and refreshing, and a pleasant drink despite having no memorable qualities.
