I want to be nice to this one because I went to the brewerey today to get this... but this one is just too plain. It does taste slightly fresher than normal beer, but the aroma and taste are just shy of being bad, its extremely thin and clear, fairly yellow, gets a point for some lacing. Alright there it just a touch of red, but I can’t improve any on the flavour comments. This is getting warmer and less tasty as I type.

Lagerboy (420) - British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 10, 2012
Clear yellow gold, white head fades quickly. Sweet corny malt aroma and taste. Low hopped, average carbed. Clean crisp and refreshing. A decent craft lager; and despite the lack of a "distinct hop flavor" it is still a step above most of the industrial swill out there, which classifies this brew LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

Powertrip (844) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 12, 2011
Single can purchased from Zyn Liqour in Calgary, AB on 06/11/2011. Colour: Light yellow with medium size white head. Nose: Sweet cereal malt, citrusy hops, kiwi, cherry lollipop. Taste: Medium sweet, light bitter, light sour. The lollipop carries into the mouth and stays steady. There is a light bitter catch mid-palate but it doesn’t ever take grip. Average.

A beer that does finds itself among the pack of Canadian beers. It’s a ho-hum kind of beer. Not sure what else to say.

Pours straw golden with a white head. Corny aroma. Light bodied with average carbonation. Flavor of pilsner malts and very faint herbal hops. Not horrible, and decent for a pale lager.

Finish is grainy and bready with a trace of grass. Light body and medium carbonation. Basic pale lager with a bit of added hops than most.
