From draft -Pours light gold with few bubbles and a thin head that disappears. Aroma is slight malt and hops. First sip is slight straw with fruit undertone. Dry and clean. Rather fuller bodied for a lager. Finishes dry and straw like.

On tap. Dark yellow. Isn't as terrible as I expected. Still not a good beer, but what do you expect from a Granville pale lager? Slurp tingly dry finish, but pretty much drinking liquid hay.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pale gold body, small and quickly fading white head. Smells more bitter than it tastes. Flavour is pretty standard malt and hops, fairly nondescript. Very well balanced and good quality for a plain lager - very crisp and refreshing, and a pleasant drink despite having no memorable qualities.

Pours with light head and golden color. Smells a bit skunky like a cheap pilsner. Tastes better than it smells though. Pretty much all malt and a bit tinny. I just bought this in a Costco pack but Iíve had it long ago when I lived in Vancouver. I think I have rose colored glasses because itís not nearly as good as I remember and is a bit of a let down considering the premium paid on the product.

Bottle 5% Clear, yellowish pour that bubbles out a surprising amount of white foam, no lacing. Aroma is corn, malts, and a hint of hops. Taste is more of the same, a malty frothy bite of plain lagery beer.

Perfect for a hair of the dog morning. Light, refreshing, and easy to drink. You feel like youíre rehydrating while getting all the benefits of alcohol. Crisp, with a mild but obvious hop presence. A little malt to balance this out and make your head nod after taking a sip.

Granville 12-bottle mixer pack at The Beer Store. Golden and clean, with a big white frothy head that stays long and gives out good lacing. Quite malty aromas at first, but hop comes out with time. Decent grainy malts with rusty hops that balances things. Quite a well-brewed standard lager, with good malts and hops.
